Essential oils



Essential oils are paramount in the aromatherapy industry. They are used to enhance or alter the state of mind, body and spirit to achieve personal well being.

The oils are extracted from various plant shrubs, grasses and trees, using processes like "expelled-pressed", "cold-pressed" or "steam distilled".

The medicinal use of these oils have been used for centuries and remains so today. Aromatherapists use them in messages, baths, inhalations and compresses. They are readily absorbed through the skin making it a valuable ingredient in all aromatherapy products.




Beneficial essential oils for the skin

Aromatherapy can be vary effective in the treatment of various skin problems such as athlete's foot, cold sores, rashes, eczema, psoriasis and sunburns to name a few.
