Hemp Mayonnaise


1/2 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Seed Oil 6 hard boiled egg yolks 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 2 Tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cayenne 2 Tbsp dill 1 Tbsp paprika


Boil eggs and separate yolks. Combine yolks with other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. This is a great dressing for sandwiches, wraps or veggies.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
